Same as OG PS4 for me. Actual downloads are terrible though, 5mb a second most of the time. What is odd is I can have 4 files downloading simultaneously all at 5mb yet if I pause 3 and leave 1 running it doesn't bump up in speed. Unless if it's maybe 10mb a second but the counter showing the download rate is just going up in 5's but changing
